6″ Aeration & Carbonation Stone Assembly

Cellar Supply 6″Aeration Stone Assembly is designed for in-line aeration or oxygenation of cooled wort.
For optimal aereation place the 6″ Aeration stone into the included Tee fitting, post heat exchanger and angle the exiting hose upwards (as much as possible) to create a column of wort. This creates a cascading effect into the column of wort maximizing absorption, while minimizing gas creep back into heat exchanger.

Also can be used as a carbonating stone assembbly in small Brite Beer tanks such as 3bbls & 5bbls.

• 1qty- 6″ Scintered Stainless Carbonating Stone Assembly connects to plate heat exchanger outlet’s 1.5″ Tri-Clamp flange.
• 1qty -2nd Generation Check valve has  3/8″fnpt for CO2 line connection.(5psi Wetting pressure)
• 3qty – 1.5″ Stainless Tri-Clamp® clamps, with gaskets
